5th Partners' Meeting, Brussels, 26-27 January 2009

The Fifth Green Customs Initiative Partners meeting was held on the 26th and 27th January 2009. The meeting was hosted by the World Customs Organisation at their headquarters in Brussels, Belgium and was included as part of the International Customs Day celebrations, the theme of which was: “Customs and the Environment: Protecting our Natural Heritage”.

The Partners to the Green Customs Initiative welcomed the participation, for the first time, of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in the meeting.
