Each year, the partners to the Green Customs Initiative meet to exchange on their MEAs implementation activities and results, and to agree on priorities for the next year and areas for collaboration. The annual meetings culminate in an action plan to guide the GCI secretariat's efforts for the year. The last annual GCI meeting was held on 24 and 25 January 2023 at the OzonAction's offices in Paris.

This year, the 18th GCI annual partners meeting will be held on 7 and 8 February 2024, at the offices of the World Customs Organization, in Brussels.
